The Journey
Why I Built Bricklane
In 2024, I was working with a brilliant product manager at Microsoft. She had an incredible SaaS idea, paying customers lined up, and every skill needed to execute—except one thing: structure.
She’d been “working on it” for 3 years. Weekends. Nights. Between meetings. But without a framework, mentorship, and deadlines, she was spinning her wheels.
Sound familiar?
That’s when I realized: the market was full of accelerators for full-time founders, but none for the millions of professionals who couldn’t quit their jobs.
So I built Bricklane
My Philosophy
- Equity is sacred. Your startup is yours. I’m not your investor—I’m your coach. We make money when you succeed in paying for programs, not by owning a piece of your company.
- Structure beats motivation. You don’t need another pep talk. You need a week-by-week plan, deadlines, and accountability.
- Founders are CEOs first. Technical skills matter, but leadership, sales, hiring, and resilience matter more. We train the whole founder, not just the builder.
- Community compounds. Your cohort becomes your lifelong network. Your struggles today are their struggles yesterday. Learn together, grow together.
