We’ll discuss:

  • How the 10-week structure works

No pressure. Honest advice. Even if you’re not ready, we’ll tell you what to work on first.

Step 3:

Enroll & Prepare (Week -1)

Once accepted:

  1. Complete payment (full or payment plan)
  2. Get access to pre-program materials
  3. Meet your cohort (15 max)
  4. Set up tools (Zoom, Slack, project management)
  5. Schedule your first mentor session

Weeks 1-3 — Validation

Week 2: Interview Sprint

  • Mon: Review Week 1 insights
  • Tue: Refine interview questions
  • Wed-Sun: 20 more interviews (total: 35)
  • Assignment: Pattern analysis

Week 3: No-Code Prototype

  • Mon: Build prototype (Figma/Bubble/Webflow)
  • Wed: Test with 15 final interviews (total: 50)
  • Fri: Go/No-go recommendation
  • Milestone: Decision point—build, pivot, or stop

Step 5:

Weeks 4-7 — MVP Development (if continuing)

Build and launch your MVP.

Week 4: Technical Planning

  • Choose stack (no-code vs. code)
